& We gotta love rock
Like many of us, you probably ask yourself from time to time how to improve your relationship. The reason might be that you feel that your existing relationship is not as exciting as it used to be, or is less satisfying then before.

Well, whatever the reason for trying to improve your relationship might be, there are many ways that you can improve your relationship. Here is a short list of a few ideas that you might want to try out:

• Allocate proper time for communication with your partner. Preferably, try and have a regular, fixed time during which you talk things out, openly and freely. You should avoid at all costs keeping quiet about things, or refraining from talking them through.

• Always try to put yourself in your partner’s shoes. Try and imagine how they feel, how they look at things from their perspective. This will enable a more efficient conversation and will facilitate finding a mutually acceptable solution.

• Even if you are working around the clock, allocate a little quality time for you and your partner. A good idea might be having breakfast together, or sipping tea before going to bed. This will provide a good opportunity to regularly talk things out. This would also make sure that your partner will feel that you give him proper attention.

• Think before you speak. Even if you are angry, try and count until 5, and only then speak. You will be amazed to see how a more relaxed tone does the job of getting the message across
